Biography:

Abney Hudnall was born in Charleston, West Virginia and attended Fairmont State College.  She began her paralegal career in 1986 and has been in Charlotte, North Carolina since 1990.  The firms she has worked for over the years have focused on different areas of litigation, including personal injury, synthetic stucco, employment law matters and workers compensation. She has been with Jack Smith and Smith Law Firm, P.C., since its inception.

Mrs. Hudnall regularly volunteers at her church and her daughter's school.
